CMBS-I: Train-the-Trainer (PW002)

Description
MAB Institute's Train-the-Trainer program prepares current Certified Medical Billing Specialist (CMBS) certification holders to teach MAB Institute's PowerWeekend curriculum and has two requirements: completion of this four-hour online course and participation in a PowerWeekend course. Successful completion of both elements results in the Certified Medical Billing Specialist - Instructor certification issued by the Medical Association of Billers. To maintain the CMBS-I certification, holders must submit 20 hours of CEUs per year plus documentation of 50 teaching hours related to medical billing.

This online course explores communication styles, teaching and learning preferences, delivery methods, and audience evaluation. It also involves the student preparing and presenting a short presentation to showcase his/her teaching style(s) and capabilities.
